On behalf of the conference organizing committee, we cordially invite you to attend and give a speech at The 12th Annual World Congress of Ocean 2024 (WCO-2024) to be held during November 12-14, 2024 in Singapore. This conference will bring together experts in various fields from around the world to discuss the latest developments and trends in the ocean field. The event will be held in a hybrid format, includes in-person and virtual participation.

The World Congress of Ocean is an international gathering, and aims to promote the sustainable use and conservation of the world's oceans, as well as to provide a platform for sharing knowledge and ideas about marine conservation and management. Our goal is to establish a forum for the exchange and dissemination of information related to the oceans, encourage collaboration among experts from different areas of study, and foster new partnerships and initiatives.

The conference will include presentations on topics such as Ocean Economy, Maritime Law, Ocean Engineering, Ocean Energy, Green Port and Shipping, Shipbuilding, Marine Management and Environment Protection, Ocean Science, Aquaculture and Fisheries, etc. Through keynote speeches and panel discussions, participants will explore innovative solutions to challenges facing the marine industry, consider the present state of ocean research, and examine the latest trends in marine technologies. The three-day conference is an effective series of activities such as plenary lectures, parallel symposiums, oral communications and lively poster sessions etc.

Singapore, officially the Republic of Singapore, is an island country located at the southern tip of the Malay Peninsula. Though physically small, Singapore is an economic giant. It has been Southeast Asia's most modern city for over a century. In addition to the amazing conference, you will benefit from the wonderful experience in Singapore.
